A fresh, textured cheese with a porcelain-white colour, it has an extremely thin rind and delicate taste. When cut, it produces a white watery fluid with the aroma of milk enzymes. Apart from its typical round shape, it is also produced in small bite-sized shapes
(Bocconcini) and plaits (Trecce). The peculiarity of this cheese is entirely due to the technology used in its traditional preparation. It is produced exclusively from whole buffalo milk and, after drawing and moulding, may also be smoked, but only using natural traditional procedures.
Our
producer is
member of the "Consorzio per la tutela del formaggio Mozzarella di Bufala Campana".
Our Mozzarella is made only of Buffalo milk, subject to strict health controls.
Placing
Your Order
To make a purchase, locate the item on our catalog and and click on Buy Now.
Select
the quantity you wish to buy and click Confirm. At any time to check what you've
ordered, click on the Shopping Cart icon. This also allows you to
amend or delete items.
When
you have listed all the items you want to buy, click Check Out.
You will be asked for your name, address, e-mail address (do
not forget to supply your delivery details).
Once
you have placed your order we will send you an e-mail confirming
receipt.

We accept cash on delivery by registered clients or credit cards. We accept the following
credit/debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Switch.
Returns
We will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases,
such as where supplies are temporarily out of stock we will contact you
to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time delay. Returns
Policy: Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they
are reported to Angolo a Sud Ltd. within 48 of receipt and we request
that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after
receipt.
If
you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its
original condition within 48 hours and we will provide a
full refund. For return address, see below.

Your information is used by ourselves only and never shared or sold to
any other third party. The information we collect is used for ensuring
that your order is accurately despatched and for internal marketing
purposes only. All online orders are encrypted using the universally
